We work mainly in Warsaw and the surrounding area: private-hire venues, restaurants, lofts, rooftops and gardens. We know what needs booking months ahead and what can be arranged faster.

FAQ
Common questions
How many guests do you work with?
Usually between 20 and 150. We also do smaller dinners and lunches. For anything larger, get in touch and we'll tell you straight whether it's right for us.
Can you find us a venue?
Yes — it's usually where we start. If you already have one, we'll arrange the food, drinks, staff and the rest around it.
Can you handle just part of the event?
Yes. We can run the whole thing or take on selected parts — food and drinks at your office, for example.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
The earlier, the more choice of venues. For December, autumn is the time to book. Shorter notice is still worth asking about.
What does it cost?
It depends on guest numbers, venue, menu and drinks. We don't publish a price list — we start from your budget and build the proposal around it.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Planning, paperwork and on-site coordination can all be in English.
What don't you do?
Weddings, first communions, children's parties, street festivals, and large conferences or gala dinners. We focus on gatherings and parties.
